Trinity College is delighted to announce the appointment of the Revd Dr Robert (Bob) Derrenbacker as the next Dean of the Trinity College Theological School.
Trinity College is delighted by the news that the Revd Dr Richard Treloar (TC 1988) has been elected the thirteenth Bishop of Gippsland. Richard will succeed the Most Revd Kay Goldsworthy AO (TC 1981) who is now Archbishop of Perth.
In March, Trinity College hosted the inaugural Robin Sharwood Lecture in Church Law before holding another lecture in conjunction with St James' Institute on Thursday 19 April 2018.

At the end of 2016, Trinity College’s Joan F W Munro Professor of Historical Theology, and Deputy Dean of the Theological School, The Revd Professor Mark Lindsay, journeyed to Princeton Theological Seminary to conduct research on Markus Barth (son of Swiss theologian Karl Barth). The 2016 Archbishop’s Dinner held on Wednesday 31 August was a resounding success with over 200 people attending and over $170,000 raised for the Faith in Our Future Appeal.
The late Joan Adams of Melbourne has left a substantial bequest in favour of the Frank Woods Studentship Fund within the Trinity College Theological School. The bequest enables the School to create three new endowed scholarships for theological study.

From 10 to 13 February, Trinity College will play host to an exciting inter-agency conference, Life in Abundance: An Anglican Conference on Mission and Evangelism.
On Saturday 14 November, the Trinity College Theological School will run a Year of Luke Day, providing you with resources for Year C of the lectionary.

48th Barry Marshal Memorial Lecture: Women's Leadership in the Anglican Church of Australia
Trinity alumna Kay Goldsworthy was installed as the 8th Archbishop in Perth in February 2018, becoming the first woman in the world to be given the title of Archbishop within the Anglican communion. Prior to that, in 2017, she became a member of the Order of Australia (AO). On 22 August 2018, she returned to Trinity to deliver an address about women’s leadership in the Anglican church in Australia. Kay prompted the audience to consider how successful leadership by women is measured and the way the theological landscape is changing across the country.
